In this episode, we interview Barbara Reppert, an executive coach at Executive Impact.
Barb is a daughter, wife and mother of two, who grew up professionally in the corporate boardroom. She is a designated accountant, that once out of school, started with Deloitte and then made her way to industry and to the C-Suite. By age 27 Barb held the Chief Financial Officer role for the Canadian Division of a publicly traded multi-national. After 11 years of continual challenge and growth in this position, Barb went on to hold the CFO role in a privately held equity group that specialized in turn arounds and then went on to the Chief Operating Officer of a recruiting firm before making the leap to entrepreneurship.
Leveraging her business acumen, boardroom experience and her love of people, Barb found her passion in coaching and is now dedicated to empowering others to make the right choices for themselves; increasing both their impact and influence.
In this interview, we chat with Barb about how she got to where she is now and the challenges she's faced along the way and what makes a great female leader.
